Description
This is the future expansion for our HMI + PLC control panels and we have recently installed it in our office building, Woodlands Industrial Park E1 Block 19.
1st page : Monitor critical faults such as pump trip, flooding etc.
2nd page : Monitor system status such as pressure sensor, water level etc.
3rd page : Total pump running hours for each system
4th & 5th page : Alarm logging
Benefits
- From these screens, the management is able to check the pump running hours for all the systems in the building at one main monitoring panel. In that way, they will be able to service the pumps based on its usage and reduce unnecessary servicing for pumps that are under-utilized.
- In the event of a fault, the time and date will be recorded in the alarm log screen. The system also records the time the fault is resolved.
